Old Duppy Barbados

Now available outside of the Caribbean for the first time, this range of small batch, real wood-smoked pepper condiments, are made in Barbados using locally sourced, 100% natural ingredients.

“Duppys” are ghosts of Caribbean folklore and these haunting, real wood-smoked aromas and flavours pack a seriously authentic punch, which the Caribbean foodie will absolutely love!

The range begins very mildly with a stunning smoked Vinegar, infused with garlic & chilli, then moves up through the sweet heat of Chilli Pineapple and Zesty Jalapeno, on to the wonderful Pepper Punch and mustard-based Traditional Barbados sauce, and culminating in Fyahpooch, a seriously hot, yet flavourful sauce with three different varieties of pepper, including the savage Carolina Reaper.
