Terms & Conditions of Business; Delivery Errors; Refunds and Returns Policy


Payments are processed online via the secure Stripe payment platform. You can choose to store your payment card details against your online account, but they cannot be accessed by Virtue. Virtue cannot amend orders place online, once the payment has been made. If you have made a mistake with your order, please ask us to cancel and refund your order for you and then place a new order with us online.

Delivery Damages & Errors

If you believe there is an issue with your delivery, this must be reported in writing to hello@virtue.pizza within 24 hours of the delivery arriving with you. Virtue will not be responsible for issues reported after this time.

Refunds & Returns

Our refund and returns policy reflects the fact that we are trading with perishable food items. We therefore do not allow returns of goods that are delivered as advertised and within the agreed timescale on our website. This is because they will no longer be in a saleable condition. Occasionally, Virtue may send you a replacement item where stock of your required item is not available. This will be made clear on the picking and despatch list included in your parcel. If a replacement item does not meet with your satisfaction, you may request a refund of this item only. If for any reason the goods are not delivered as advertised, or within the agreed timescale on our website, then we have a no-quibble refund policy, and will refund the full purchase amount of the dissatisfactory goods or services within 7 days of agreeing to do so with you in writing (email). If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify Virtue of any issue with their order, within 24 hours of delivery. Please do not send your purchase back to us. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
