This grated is ideal for use on our par-cooked pizza bases, where you are cooking at a lower temperature and thicker cuts don’t quite melt in time.

Milk (UK origin), salt, vegetarian rennet, potato starch, starter culture.

Gluten free. Suitable for a vegetarian diet.

Usage: Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening.
